Managing Director - Mr Paul Perris
Paul Perris is the Managing Director of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c). Before moving to Bahrain, Paul headed the Real Estate Services Team of Ogier Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited, where he was responsible for the management of a team of 40 staff with assets under management in excess of $40bn. He has in excess of 15 years' experience in the offshore financial services industry, covering all aspects of trust, corporate and fund transactions. Paul is a Chartered Secretary, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). Paul is also the General Manager of Ogier Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited's branch office in Bahrain.

Chairman - Mr Wajdi Al-Jallad
Wajdi Al-Jallad is the Chairman of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c) and also acts as Managing Director of Keypoint. Wajdi previously worked with Ernst & Young. He is extensively involved in the management of all services provided by Keypoint and is responsible for setting and implementing strategies and operations. Wajdi's experience covers a wide range of businesses in Bahrain and the region, including financial and banking, industrial, commercial and real estate.

Director - Mr Paul Willing
Paul Willing is a Director of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c) and also acts as the Chief Operating Officer of Ogier Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited. As a former partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Tax and Administration Services in Jersey, he is widely experienced in the offshore financial services industry, both in an advisory and a management capacity. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Society and Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Director - Mr Guruparan Kumarasamy
Guruparan Kumarasamy has recently retired as partner of Ernst & Young Middle East and now acts in an advisory role as a director of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c). Guruparan has 33 years of experience in accountancy and auditing, having previously worked with KPMG in Sri Lanka followed by his employment with Ernst & Young in Bahrain. Guruparan is a Chartered Accountant and holds Fellow Membership status of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA).

Manager - Miss Hanna Ylijukuri
Hanna Ylijukuri is the Manager of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c). Hanna was previously based in Jersey. She has twelve years experience in offshore financial services. Hanna has significant private client wealth management experience. Recently, Hanna was responsible for the management of administration teams dealing with corporate structures of significant value, established for blue chip clients. Hanna is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Associate - Nevine McDonald
Nevine McDonald is an Associate of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c) and was previously based in Jersey. Nevine has worked in the finance industry for the past 8 years and has experience in private wealth management, having administered portfolios of trust and companies. Nevine also has banking experience, having been responsible for managing relationships with large corporate intermediaries. Nevine acted as company secretary for an offshore subsidiary of a major UK bank for three years. Nevine is a fluent Arabic speaker and is currently a finalist of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
